The Evansville MPO is looking for people to take a survey about the transportation needs of seniors, individuals with disabilities, youth, and limited income individuals in our region for the Coordinated Plan update.

Approximately every 5 years, the Evansville MPO must update the Coordinated Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan for the Evansville-Henderson urbanized area for the region to remain eligible for Section 5310 transit funding. The Coordinated Plan includes information about the public transportation providers, including METS and HART, and numerous non-profit agencies that provide transportation for seniors, individuals with disabilities, youth, and limited income individuals in our region.
The survey is used to gather information from individuals in need of transportation options, the results of which will help in the development of goals and objectives for the Coordinated Plan and identify opportunities for improvement from all transportation providers in the area. The survey is available in both English and Spanish.
