Candidates’ Forum – UNOE September General Meeting 2019

Join us for the 2019 Candidates’ Forum during our September General Meeting on Thurs., Sep. 266:00pm at the C.K. Newsome Community Center, 100 Walnut St., Rec Room.

Candidates in contested races have been invited to speak.

  • City Council – 5th Ward
  • City Council – 6th Ward
  • City Council At-Large

Each candidate will be given 2 minutes to speak, introducing themselves and their issues. Then, you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and hear their replies.

For offices with uncontested races, the candidates will not be given time to speak, but are encouraged to attend.

We look forward to meeting the candidates, hearing about their campaigns, key issues and how their concerns relate to neighborhoods and the people who reside within them.
The public is always welcome.
