The 25th Annual Sparkplug Banquet

Mrs. Lucy, previous Sparkplug Winner

We are excited to announce that the 25th Annual Sparkplug Recognition Banquet is set for Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Walnut Rooms at the Bally’s Executive Conference Center! Our theme this year is “A Celebration of Us”.

Our annual celebration of Evansville and Vanderburgh County neighborhoods formally recognizes community “Sparkplugs,” individuals who go above and beyond to serve their neighbors and neighborhoods with a banquet style awards program. During the event, we also award grants to the neighborhood associations to assist them in continuing their efforts to beautify their neighborhoods in both tangible and intangible ways. Over 300 neighborhood and community leaders attend each year. We hope you will be among them!

Our keynote speaker will be Kelley Coures, Executive Director of the Department of Metropolitan Development.

If you are interested in attending, you may use our dinner registration form for advanced seating placement and tickets here. Door Prize Donations are being accepted and you may use the Donation Form for gifts. Neighborhood Sparkplug Nominations can be made here.
