The 10th Annual Neighborhood Sparkplug Banquet

The 10th Annual Neighborhood Sparkplug Banquet was held on October 27th, 2005 at the Executive Inn. Neighborhood and city leaders attended and participated in this evening of good cheer, great fellowship, celebration, and recognition.
