The mission of the Hilltop Neighborhood Association is to promote unity and fellowship, area pride, area improvement and area safety. Homeowners, businesses, tenants, and not for profit organizations within the area (see map below) are eligible for membership.

THis association is in the West Sector and the Crime Prevention Officer is Nick Henderson 812-435-6105. The West Sector meets the 3rd Thursday at 401 E Columbia St, 6:00pm.
