The mission of the Hilltop Neighborhood Association is to promote unity and fellowship, area price, area improvement and area safety. Homeowners, businesses, tenants, and not for profit organizations within the area (see map below) are eligible for membership.

2008 dues are $5.00 per household and $10.00 per business.
