The mission of the Hilltop Neighborhood Association is to promote unity and fellowship, area pride, area improvement and area safety. Homeowners, businesses, tenants, and not for profit organizations within the area (see map below) are eligible for membership.

2010 dues are $5.00 per household and $10.00 per business.
