Establish a minimum of three new neighborhood associations.

Establish a process for an annual review of the organizations' By-laws.

Study the structure of the Board of Directors for possible restructuring.

Develop a formal training program for neighborhood association leaders and members.

Study the potential for disaster mitigation plans in four different neighborhoods and pilot these programs for replication in other neighborhoods.

Complete the development of a "Tool Kit" for organizing new and sustaining current neighborhoods.

Establish a long term relationship with the City of Evansville for organizational and financial support.

Establish an annual open-house, sponsored by UNOE, to bring together potential funders, agencies, city and county official and local neighborhood association leaders.

We will begin planning to introduce the New 4-Community Model of Collaboration to our membership, etc. Starting date will coincide with the community project's kick-off (to be determined).

Evaluate the results of the 2005 plan and make necessary adjustments.
