City and County Meetings

Regular Meetings

East Sector Citizens Meeting is the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm at 4900 Shamrock Drive, Suite 105.

West Sector Citizens Meeting is the third Thursday of every month from 6:00-9:00 pm at 619 North Main Street. Click for listing of neighborhoods in each sector.

South Sector Citizens Meeting is the second Thursday of every other month (odd months) at 6:00 pm at 315 Taylor Avenue.

The Tree Advisory Board meets at 8 am on the first Thursday of each month in Room 318 of the Civic Center Complex.

The Area Planning Commission meets at 4:00 on the second Thursday of the month.

The Board of Public Works meets at 1:30 pm every Thursday in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex.

County Council Meetings are the first Wednesday of every month (unless on a holiday) at 3:30 pm in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex.

County Commission Meetings are Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 pm in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex.

The Drainage Board meets the last Tuesday of the month at 4:00 pm in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex.

Rezoning Meetings are on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:00 pm in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex.

Legal Aid's Board of Directors meets on the second Monday of every other month (November, January) at 11:45 am.

The Solid Waste Management District Citizen Advisory Council meets the first Monday monthy at 4:00 pm in Room 318 of the Civic Center Complex .

The Solid Waste Management District Board meets the second Tuesday monthly at 2:30 pm in Room 307 of the Civic Center Complex.
